A hybrid veterinary visit pairs an in-person veterinary technician with a live video consultation from veterinarian during the same appointment. The technician handles vitals and the hands-on exam at your home; the veterinarian joins in real time to review findings and build the care plan with you.

One full dental cleaning under anesthesia every year, with the complete workup that makes anesthesia safe — pre-op labs, IV support, and advanced monitoring throughout — plus the full-mouth X-rays most cleanings skip.

Heart health perk: Happy Smile Club members with a diagnosed heart condition are entitled to a FREE cardiac echo evaluation prior to a dental cleaning. Membership also entitles you to a 15% discount on all dental procedures outside of the dental scale and polish.

Please request an appointment window at least 1.5–2 hours ahead of your target time, so the mobile hospital has room to reach your driveway and arrive on schedule.
Pet Health Professional (PHP) appointments are virtual consultations focused on guidance, triage, and follow-up care. DVM virtual visits provide direct veterinary medical decision-making and treatment planning.
Discounts apply only to eligible services and medications; certain drugs and services are excluded. Dental procedures are eligible when enrolled in the Happy Smile Club Plan. Details provided at enrollment.
