Full-mouth dental X-rays
Imaging of every tooth root below the gumline, where the majority of painful dental disease actually sits.
Intra-oral examination
A tooth-by-tooth examination by a veterinarian while your pet is under, checking for fractures, pockets, and resorption.
Scaling & polishing
Professional cleaning above and below the gumline, followed by polishing to slow how quickly plaque returns.
Oral Health Treatment Plan

The visible crown of a tooth can look perfectly healthy while the root below the gumline is diseased and painful. X-rays are the only way to see that part of the picture, which is why they are included rather than sold as an add-on.
Pre-anaesthetic bloodwork, IV support, and continuous monitoring are all included specifically to manage that risk. Dr. Jones will discuss your pet's individual risk factors with you before anything is scheduled.
Extractions and oral surgery are not included in the cleaning itself, though Smile Club members receive 15% off both. Medications and follow-up treatments are also billed separately.
The Happy Smile Club covers one annual cleaning for $67 a month, and members with a diagnosed heart condition receive a free cardiac echo evaluation before their dental.
